On a positive note of farewell to the Dubai Municipality Stormwater Tunnel Project Team, Society of Engineers- Tunnelling Chapter Dubai and the Excellence and Creative Engineering Award UAE , I would like to wish the best to all the GDRFA Officials. I am not Emirati , so I will not bother the ruling leadership in the Emirate of Dubai. I am so happy that the 80 billion dirhams Sewerage Systems Project is finally approved in my royal absence from the UAE.

The 100 percent Emiratisation formula in the Municipality Drainage Departments need an overhaul with new talent from worldwide entering the UAE with work visas. When rainfall stormwater flow had no barriers in the year 2024, then all the Municipality Drainage Departments need hydrologists, hydrometeorologists, irrigation experts, wastewater engineers and LiDAR Aerial Survey Pilots in the U.A.E. Sewerage Infrastructure needs talent and expertise worldwide and the potential of Digital Cooperation cannot be underestimated just because Pretty Faces of Bollywood dominate the UAE in all spheres.

GCAA UAE Licensed Airline Pilots who had valid licenses till 2027 were ushered through the departure gates of airports in the UAE in the year 2020 itself. In future the Arab Air Carriers Organisation Regional Training Centre in the Emirate of Dubai and Capt. Samir Sajet of the United Nations World Food Programme , Head of Regional Aviation Safety Office of the UAE and MENA Region can convince the Pilots on World Pilots Day - April 26th 2024 that the UAE Ruling Leadership would create a new generation of Humanitarian Pilots in the UAE and no pilot will leave the UAE with letters typed by illiterates employed in airline groups occupying airspace.

The 'Work Bundle' under GDRFA Dubai needs to include hydrologists, hydrometeorologists, hydrogeologists and geotextile engineers in the aftermath of the stormwater flooding ( mid April 2024 highest rainfall recorded) in the Emirate of Dubai in the U.A.E. When residents exhibiting towering ambitions are ushered through the departure gates of the neighbouring Northern Emirates, the GDRFA Dubai Officials can actively encourage the residents to apply for renewal and continuity of the U.A.E Work - Residence Visas.
